Collecting And Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
We may ask You to provide Us with certain Personal Data as follows:
- Identifiers, such as a real name, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, or account name when You create an account or make inquiries
- Personal Data categories such as a name, telephone number, physical address, zip code when You fill out the “Contact Us” form, create an account or order Our Products
- Commercial information, such as records of Products purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies

- Sensory data, such as videos from Our Products performing the cleaning services (We do not use sensory data to personally identify individuals or for facial recognition or biometric identification)
- Location data, such as when Our Products are performing the cleaning services
- Geolocation data
- Inferences drawn from other Personal Data, such as information reflecting a person’s preferences
- Other information, such as information You may provide in the “How Can We Help” box when You fill out the “Book a Meeting” page or the “Contact Us” form or while using Our Service
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Search Data
In addition, We also collect search data such as search words and phrases You provide when You use the search functionality, search box or search engine on Our Service. We collect this information to improve Our Service, and the search accuracy and relevance of Our Service’s search results. We may disclose search data to Service Providers or third parties. We do not use search data to personally identify individuals.

Product Operational Data
We collect certain robotic operational data in connection with the use of Our robotic cleaning system and commercial drones by Our business customers. This data may include:
- geolocation data of approximately three to ten feet, for the purposes of enabling accuracy for a standard commercial drone, and monitoring and improving performance and autonomous navigation capabilities of our technology
- environmental data; and
- sensory data such as video recordings and photographs captured during cleaning operations. As noted above, We do not use such information to personally identify individuals or for facial recognition or biometric identification.
As part of Our Product offerings, We may provide Our business customers with AI-generated reports based on the operational data collected to assess performance metrics and address their commercial needs. Customers are controllers of these reports and may share this information with their property managers and other authorized end users. If You have questions about this or believe Your Personal Data may have been captured, please contact the relevant business customer directly for more information.
Information from Third-Party Social Media Services
The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media
If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect Our Service from spam and abuse. We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of Our Service such as Google Analytics. By providing Your phone number and clicking the box in the “Book a Meeting” or “Contact Us” form, You consent and agree to opt-in to receive text messages. Message frequency depends on the transactional messages and services offerings We provide. You may opt out of receiving text messages by texting “Stop” at the end of any message You receive, or You can opt out of these communications by contacting Us at privacy@lucidbots.comand sharing the phone number that You would like to opt out. You may also reply “Help” for help. Messaging and data rates may apply.
We may disclose Your SMS opt-in or consent status, with affiliates or third parties that help Us provide Our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist Us in the delivery of text messages. We will not share or sell Your phone number, Your opt-in to the SMS with third parties for their direct marketing purposes or for purposes unrelated to Our services or Website.
Payments
We may provide paid Products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use Service Providers for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your Personal Data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We use online analytics as described in the Tracking Technologies, Cookies and Pixels Section to provide targeted marketing and use third party advertising for cookies, beacons and similar tracking technologies. For example, We use HubSpot as one of Our online analytics providers. The HubSpot tracking code monitors website traffic by collecting Personal Data such as IP address, the company domain address of corporate visitors to Our Service, timestamps, and pages viewed. HubSpot may use this information to improve its products and services. Verifiable Requests
You may send Us a verifiable request at privacy@lucidbots.com regarding the above rights. Only You, or someone legally authorized to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to Your Personal Data. The verifiable consumer request must: 1) provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify You are the person about whom We collected Personal Data or an authorized representative of that person; and 2) describe Your request with sufficient detail that allows Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
